Chefs in Training- Yogurt Bark

This week began this school year's cooking club! We have so many participants this year that it had to be split into two groups, an older group Foxes and younger group Rabbits. They make the same snack only in smaller portions. 

This week we made something very easy in order to focus on the basics. We combined white and Greek yogurt in a pan, smoothing it down nicely. Then, we washed bio-berries, both raspberries and blueberries. We taste-tested them to make sure they were good quality, and eveyone had more than one. We cut up kiwis, and together with the berries, pushed them into the yogurt pan. We sprinkled granola on top and then put both pans in freezer.  We had to wait overnight but in the afternoon the next day, we had them for snack, and they were so yummy!
