Chefs in Training - Stuffed Mini Peppers
We made yummy stuffed peppers today! We combined two different types of fresh, creamy cheeses to make a yummy stuffing mixture. We first started with washing and cutting the peppers, and removing the seeds from the insides. After, we used knives and our fingers to spread the cheesy mixture inside the cut peppers. We sprinkled on additional herbs for taste and set the peppers aside to be placed quickly in the microwave, to heat for 45 seconds. We took these home to enjoy with our families.
