Chefs in Training - Paleo Avocado pudding
This week, our Cooking club made pudding. But not just the regular kind from a package, but real! We mushed together very ripe bananas and ripe avocadoes to get a good consistency. Then we added a dash of 100% maple syrup for added sweetness and real cocoa powder to make it chocolate. The children got a laugh out of using the immersion mixer to make everything very smooth and then we put it in the fridge to get cool and solidify slightly. We enjoyed eating for snack the next day!
